Star Trek
So it appears that the new Star Trek movie trailer is up Herek although be warned, since this hit digg this morning traffic has been a bitch and it may take a few tries to actually connect. I have mixed feelings about it but we'll see, it looks pretty promising. If you didn't know, Simon Pegg is slotted to play Scotty. and John Cho (Harold and Kumar) is going to be playing the new Sulu. Winona Ryder is going to be playing Grayson. Mr Nimoy will be returning as his role of the Old Spock during flashforwards or whatever they will doing. I've also heard rumors concerning the confrontation of original Trek characters meeting the cast of TNG in the academy although no confirmation of that as of yet.
Also it looks as though a Seinfeld reunion is in the works but not in the conventional sense of the word. They will be starring on several episiodes of Larry David's (co-creator of Seinfeld) show Curb Your Enthusiasm. No details concerning plot or air dates have been released yet. This could either be the best thing ever or it could fail horribly like most other things and be the worst thing ever and completly kill my favorite show of all time. I hope it's the first one. Hopefully the genuis of Larry and Jerry will reunite to create one last hoorah before they go away forever.
